How do I pay?
You can pay with Cash on Delivery: simply pay the rider when your order arrives.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days in major cities and 5–7 working days elsewhere in Pakistan.
What if the size doesn’t fit?
No problem. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a size exchange, as long as the shoes are unworn and in their original box. See Shipping & Returns for details.
How do I find my size?
Our sizes follow standard EU sizing (for example 40, 41, 42). If you’re between sizes, we suggest going one size up. Still unsure? Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll help.
How can I track my order?
Log in to My Account to see your order status, or message us with your order number.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn’t been dispatched yet. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
